First Day of School

This past September 6th was a monumental day for the Hsu family. Zach started Kindergarten and Hannah started preschool, her very first day of any school next to Sunday School at church. We arrived at school to drop off Zach first and as usual he did great...no tears, no anxiety and no fears...just excitement. The same could not be said for me (Annie) who cried, had anxiety for 2 weeks and was a bit scared that he wouldn't like Kindergarten. I don't know what it is about your child going to mandatory schooling.

Hannah also did famously. We were a bit worried but she loves to prove us wrong and she did again with the first day of school. She walked into her class, sat down, started playing with Play Doh, gave us a hug and we were on our way. We were proud and happy parents that both of our kids did so well. We thank God for answering our prayers of a smooth first day.
